All Canadian orders will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $15. All American orders will be charged a flat $25 per shipment. All orders will be shipped via Canada Post Expedited Post.  Only orders will be shipped within a week of ordering.  Subscription boxes are shipped the first of each month.  Soap subscriptions boxes are shipped quarterly, the 1st of March, June, September, and December.

Due to the nature of personal care products, we do not accept returns.  Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival and contact the Village Soap Factory at villagesoapfactory@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. Damaged merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise.  Proof of damaged merchandise may be required.
