This soap is well suited to our wintery weather because both the buttermilk & colloidal oatmeal moisturize and soothe dry itchy skin. We've added a sprinkling of steel-cut oats for some gentle exfoliation to slough away dry flaky skin. It is lightly scented with a soft, powdery blend of essential oils.
